Replace outlet valve (Product #229854 or #229878) or replace suction washer

Faulty outlet valve or wahser

3. Solution
Replace outlet valve(Product #229878, #229847 or #229854) or seating washer

Symptom Four

Water leaks at base of outlet valve

2. Problem
Faulty seal around outlet valve

3. Solution
Replace wedge outlet valve seal (Product #206398)

Symptom Five

1. Symptom
Water leaks at top of flush pipe at screwed joint

2. Problem
Faulty flush pipe ring or cap nut

3. Solution
Replace flush pipe ring or cap nut (Product #208484 and #208149)

Symptom Six

Water leaks from base of inlet valve

Worn sealing washer

3. Solution
Replace stepped washer (Product #206367)

Symptom Severn

Water leaks behind pan at flush pipe.

Faulty or worn flush pipe cone

Replace flush pipe cone or flush pipe (Product #268594)
